Importing e mail files from Netscape 4.01 directory

I juse installed Netscape 4.8 on my Windows XP system. I want to be able to import old e mail files located on my old 4.01 directory called "Itool30". However, the import command in the file menu is ghosted out. What can I do to import these old e mail files.
