Well, think of it this way: if something's to be known, usually it can and will be known. I think that Apple's primary focus should be on its employees in this case, since that's definitely how everything would have originally gotten out of the building. Of course, I'm not familier with any such contract, but maybe if Apple wants to keep such secrets, they should have the devs sign an NDA saying that they can't even mention it, even though that seens a bit harsh. But, as a result of an early disclosure of info on the Mac Mini, that's why we have Intel's mini-PC so soon after.

I think people have to realize that the Internet is not a place where secrets can be kept.

Apple is going to lose a lot of loyal fans if they keep doing this. I most certainly hope that Apple lose this case.

I do not think apple is trying to hurt any of the websites that post information regarding there new software/hardware, but I do think (as stated above) that intel would not come out with a mini PC so quickly.
