Is TF2 the failures FPS?

Is TF2 the failures FPS? By failure I mean "can't even score a point in CS(S)". When I call for medic when I'm on fire and there's a medic who's sitting there healing a PERFECTLY safe engineer, I know there's something wrong.
And yeah, I know I may suck in CS, but at the very least, I score a point or two.

They're games. Team Fortress 2 is a team based online first person shooter. CS is Counter-Strike, and CS:S is Counter-Strike: Source, an updated version. The only reason I asked this was because the skill level of the people in the game were below what I expected. I pointed this question more towards the gaming crowd on the board (you know who you are).
