), I manually clicked on C:\Program Files\NetMeeting\conf.exe" in windows explorer. It started up, though with a significant delay. Went through setting it up, then closed it. I then started it up again and itw as pretty much instant, so I guess the first time it has to initialize some things (yeah, that was a technical explanation
