Is there a web-page code for NS-Mozilla tabs?

Greetings ...

As any webmaster knows, when making a web-page with the intent of having any web-link therein open in a new window, they will use either the TARGET command or one of several JavaScript schemes.

I was wondering if a command or J-script code had been developed to work with the Tabbing feature (to open a new tab) in recent versions of Netscape, as well as other Mozilla/Gecko browsers.
