recently got myself a 40gb ipod. having difficulty fitting all my tracks on the same computer therefore have had to put half on my pcand half on my laptop. however every time i upload my tracks it deletes the existing tracks resulting in my ipod only holding half my tracks at any one time. any solutions to this problem will be gratefully received.

Go to preference settings of iTunes, and change the syncing mode to Manual.
