Yes, I do. And with that in mind I find no reason to continue this.I also have a message which you wrote in NTMM, saying we had settled amicably. I am sure you kept a copy also

First of all, someone has to have "Character" to defame but as long as you append the alledged defamation with a smiley, there is no court on the planet that will proceed with the case stemming from a post in a public forum. The "Internet" and especially "usenet" (this isn't usenet, I know) isn't taken very seriously in the judicial system. But Defamation of Character is possible

Did you stay in Kenner during the hurricane?
Is Kenner North of Lake Pontchartran (sp?) ? I never see it on the map.

You and your good pal, DrDean, know one of those forums doing things like that very well.JayGarcia wrote:Hmm, I can't think of any forums that remove users for "no reason" or "on someone's mood". Can you name one, if so, please inform us.unlike other forums that membership would get removed for no reason, or purely depending on someone's mood.
And the name is <enter name here>

I agree completely. Although snews://secnews.netscape.com/netscape.test.multimedia is not a "forum" technically speaking, but falls under the same category as “membership would get removed for no reason, or purely depending on someone's mood.â€Lorraine wrote:JayGarcia wrote:Hmm, I can't think of any forums that remove users for "no reason" or "on someone's mood". Um, no, I don't know of one that removes posts for "no reason" or "someone's mood". Please name one specifically that does. You and your good pal, DrDean, know one of those forums doing things like that very well.

I thought you are good at reading "insinuations" at times when I meant nothing but a general and rightful warning to people on donating money to the correct channel directly. Or perhaps, someone just protected too much.JayGarcia wrote:Um, no, I don't know of one that removes posts for "no reason" or "someone's mood". I am VERY good at reading insuations, that's why I challenge you to name a forum that delete's accounts for "no reason" and "on someone's mood". So what you're saying now is that you're actually "insinuating" again? You have no courage in your convictions. If you know of such a forum then name one that positively deletes memeber accounts for "no reason" or "on someone's mood", simple as that.I thought you are good at reading "insinuations" at times when I meant nothing but a general and rightful warning to people on donating money to the correct channel directly. Sure do, but that's none of your business or anybody else's business but the party(s) involved.Someone was banned from aforementioned newsgroup, I am pretty sure you know that pretty well
Still hanging on to THAT theory are you? You just can't accept the fact that you're wrong and was proven wrong on more than one occasion ... Oh well. And DrDean's temper is far worse than mine could ever be. I wouldn't tempt it if I were you.Hence there's no harm in mentioning your fictional identity

yes, only at times when there was no "insinuations," then you decided to start a war, created three user accounts, faked join date and post counts, then concealed evidences...JayGarcia wrote:I am VERY good at reading insuations
I never said I was insinuating "again".JayGarcia wrote:So what you're saying now is that you're actually "insinuating" again?
I surely know the site, the forum, and the newsgroups that do this kind of things. However, unlike someone without morale, I decide to save his face.JayGarcia wrote:If you know of such a forum then name one that positively deletes memeber accounts for "no reason" or "on someone's mood", simple as that.
Ha, you are so ashamed on talking about this.JayGarcia wrote:Sure do, but that's none of your business or anybody else's business but the party(s) involved.Someone was banned from aforementioned newsgroup, I am pretty sure you know that pretty well
You and your fictional identity are also playing the VNC thing, aren't you?JayGarcia wrote:Still hanging on to THAT theory are you?
A physiologist who failed to read a simple [sdp=57000]sanctimonious statement[/sdp] written by our good friend Mr Jay Garcia, and have such horrible temper? poor patients of DrDean.JayGarcia wrote:And DrDean's temper is far worse than mine could ever be. I wouldn't tempt it if I were you.
