I won't do that, Mr Garcia.
Won't do WHAT? What are you afraid of?

Interesting, now I can't even enter text only references to my non-support public forum located on my Gatway Web Site.

In that case, I am DEMANDING that you play fair and delete everybody else's references to their sites as well.

And, you've also edited out my profile so that my personal web site has been deleted as well. You should also do that for all the other user's personal web sites.

My dear friend Mr Jay Garcia,
I won't play games on signature.

My dear friend Mr Jay GarciaMy good friend Mr Garcia,
I said there were some links being censored, links to competitive websites/forums do not get censored.

I did not edit your profile at SillyDog701 Message Centre. No one removes any links you specified in your profile.

Now, you are WRONG on accusing me or editing out your profile.

My good friend Mr Garcia, when did you start to have such childish behaviour?

Right, that's more than enough. This thread has veered way too far off topic, and has once again been
reduced to yet another slanging match. It has gotten really very boring now. And given the reason
why this thread was started, this constant bickering is both distasteful and very disrespectful.
Let's keep the bickering to the private messaging facility, or MSN/AOL/Yahoo Messenger.

This thread needs to be closed forthwith. Could one of the Lounge mods do what needs to be done?

Actually, I think that the off-topic posts should be moved to another thread, and that new thread should be locked. There's no need to lock the Katrina discussion itself.

Ok, I just edited my profile again to include a link to my non-competitive web site and also entered my non-competitive web site in the space specified so that when a user clicks on the WWW in my posts, it goes to my non-competitive web site. I also once again enabled the selection "Show My Email" which somehow gets unchecked every time I load my profile preferences. Lets see what happens now. If it's once again gone, then YOU did it. It doesn't disappear all by itself does it Mr Shen?!

Uh huh, just as I suspected. My link in my signature shows as:

=*forum

And my WWW is inactive .. You owe an explanation Mr Shen. I'm not interested in any apologies, just an explanation and the truth.

This thread has veered way too far off topic,
It was OFF TOPIC in the very post by your very dear and lovable friend Antony Shen when he just HAD to post that nonsense referring to a past issue that was resolved. He could just as easily have stopped after the first paragraph where he was sooooo "concerned" about my safety. Don't blame ME, I'm just defending myself. It was Antony that started it and then started it again when he posted that nonsense about the FBI and my "connections" ... Have to admit tho, it was rather amusing to witness his terminal paranoia attack. :-)

Ok, I'll stop. But Antony will find some other thread and excuse to keep it going. Just wait and see ....

Everybody can see, our good friend Mr Jay Garcia owes the community a huge apology.

JayGarcia wrote:Ok, I just edited my profile again to include a link to my non-competitive web site and also entered my non-competitive web site in the space specified so that when a user clicks on the WWW in my posts, it goes to my non-competitive web site.
My dear friend Mr Jay Garcia,
Stop repeating "(your) non-competitive" would you?
I've repeated a number of times, we don't ban links to "competitive" websites/forums.
Let me explain put it straight:
(What UFAQ.org did to SillyDog701 or me)
 SillyDog701's name has been transposed in ufaq.org, no apology yet.
 links back to SillyDog701 have been censored by ufaq.org
 Antony has been banned in ufaq.org

In comparison,
 no such childish word censoring to our good friend Mr Jay Garcia's UFAQ.org
 link to UFAQ.org has never been censored.
 our dear friend Mr Jay Garcia is always welcome in SillyDog701.

There's no need for people to have the ability of turning words into swords can see the difference.

Although we do ban a small [sdt=6375]list of links[/sdt], links to UFAQ were never banned or censored.

JayGarcia wrote:I also once again enabled the selection "Show My Email" which somehow gets unchecked every time I load my profile preferences. Lets see what happens now. If it's once again gone, then YOU did it. It doesn't disappear all by itself does it Mr Shen?!
I haven't touched your preference and profile settings.
The settings of your "Show (Your) Email" was a glitch, or something in your browser has it on you.

JayGarcia wrote:You owe an explanation Mr Shen. I'm not interested in any apologies, just an explanation and the truth.
My dear friend Mr Jay Garcia,
Apology? Someone has to apologise first.
Which part you don't understand?

Ok, then why is my link to my Gateway forum censored? Is there something to be afraid of by visiting that site?

I haven't touched your preference and profile settings.
Then why isn't the WWW enabled in my posts and why, in my "profile" is Website: blank when I specifically added a link in my personal preferences?

Aha, I just found out the reason why. Antony has censored out the link to my forum. I can add another link and it works.

So Antony, what do you have to say about THAT?

No Antony, which part don't YOU understand? I said I am not interested in any apologies. Listen up, pay attention. I don't want an apology, just a reasonable answer to my question.

What do I have to say? Yes, you wrongly accused me of editing your profile.

OK, I changed my mind. The way this is going, someone better lock this thread quickly, because otherwise, this feud is probably never going to end!

Yes, you wrongly accused me of editing your profile
No I didn't. You edited my profile preferences so that I can't enter my forum site's address. But I can add some other site address to any OTHER site other than mine. I can't even add a link to my * site which is mostly bare without much content Now what? What are you afraid of?

Watch your language!
Hmm, is there something wrong with "listen up, pay attention"? Plain English, what's wrong with those four words?

I answered all your questions, which one I missed out?
You haven't answered the question why my forum link cannot be posted in your forum. There are other personal web sites that can be posted by other users, so why can't mine? That's the ONLY question I'd like an answer to. There is nothing wrong with that forum and no reason I can think of as to why users here can't participate. There are forums about the History of New Orleans, Cuisine, The French Quarter and other forums about New Orleans including a Katrina forum. There is NOTHING there about Silly Dog or you and there won't be. Why are you afraid of my forum site???

because otherwise, this feud is probably never going to end!
It will end when Antony answers the question as to why my forum link cannot be posted on this site. It's only a basic New Orleans forum, nothing else. I have no idea what Antony is afraid of. Maybe somebody else can answer the question, I dunno, but Antony keeps avoiding it.

And you can bet that this so called "feud" won't end here. Antony and ONLY Antony will start it up again even if I don't make a single post from now on.

You seem like a peacemaker, do something!
