Yes but Kazza and Win MX are legal in Canada to and I can download from there for free. I don't know if I ever metioned this but we pay a tax on the blank CD's that we buy that goes towards the music indusrty, so basically we aren't getting the music for free.

That sounds like a good idea as well. I believe the new Napster only charges for files that are actually burned. Surely there will eventually be a formula that appeases everyone.
