lost some email when upgrade to SeaMonkey 2.0

Upgraded on Tuesday late afternoon and found that all the email received that day had gone!!!
Any ideas?

What did you do to set up your mail? In case you missed it, the profile of SM2.0 is in a different location than 1.1.8. It is not what I would call an upgrade, but, rather installation of a different program.

If there were already existing e-mails in the SM 1.x mail folders for any e-mail accounts that were not deleted, after 2.0 is installed, it should have also copied over the same e-mails to the 2.0 profile mail folders when 2.0 was first run after installation. This occurred when I installed it under Linux and should have also occurred with Windows.
