The only problem is that a PowerPC chip is much faster than an x86 (Intel) chip.. So, in theory you can do this, but it would be extremely slow, unless you use some old OS like OS9.2. Of course, you might be able to run OS10 if you either have a very fast processor such as the Intel P4 Extreme Edition or an AMD64 processor, and in both cases plenty of RAM. So, it all comes down to this:

It is possible, but it will be slow. OS10 might work on fast and advanced processors (not the Itanium, that actually runs x86 apps slower because it is not an x86 processor and can only emulate x86). OS9.2 might run; you could always use OS8.5 since Netscape still supports it up to version 7.02 and Mozilla 1.3.1.. Otherwise, it's a longshot until PCs become faster.

SeaMonkey = Swiss Army Knife: It's versatile, reliable, and contains useful tools.
Windows Internet Explorer = Old Swiss Cheese: Full of holes, and it stinks!
