Does Opera have a mail client bundled like the MO Suite and an app like composer?

Yes. It's called M2. It is considerably different than many other mail clients in that it has a single data base with different "views" to that data base. Thus it is easy to search for emails since the search is involved with a single data base. It does take some getting used to and it does not permit html mail to be composed (although you can read html mail).

I don't think it has a composer though... And M2 isn't particularly user-friendly to mozilla/thunderbird/outlook(/express) users either.

Slightly offtopic, it's also worth noticing that opera does have an IRC client.
