Michael Jackson is Innocent

Michael Jackson is innocent!

Ten years ago, the child molested allegation against Michael Jackson. The suit was settled out of court for a huge amount of sum.

At first, Chandler [, the boy's father] welcomed and encouraged his son's relationship with Michael Jackson, bragging about it to friends and associates. When Jackson and the boy stayed with Chandler during May 1993, Chandler urged the entertainer to spend more time with his son at his house. According to sources, Chandler even suggested that Jackson build an addition onto the house so the singer could stay there. After calling the zoning department and discovering it couldn't be done, Chandler made another suggestion -- that Jackson just build him a new home.

...

It was with this man, in June 1993, that Evan Chandler began carrying out the "certain plan" to which he referred in his taped conversation with Dave Schwartz. At a graduation that month, Chandler confronted his ex-wife with his suspicions. "She thought the whole thing was baloney," says her ex-attorney, Michael Freeman. She told Chandler that she planned to take their son out of school in the fall so they could accompany Jackson on his "Dangerous" world tour. Chandler became irate and, say several sources, threatened to go public with the evidence he claimed he had on Jackson. "What parent in his right mind would want to drag his child into the public spotlight?" asks Freeman. "If something like this actually occurred, you'd want to protect your child."

...

On July 9, 1993, Dave Schwartz and June Chandler Schwartz played the taped conversation for Pellicano. "After listening to the tape for ten minutes, I knew it was about extortion," says Pellicano. That same day, he drove to Jackson's Century City condominium, where Chandler's son and the boy's half-sister were visiting. Without Jackson there, Pellicano "made eye contact" with the boy and asked him, he says, "very pointed questions": "Has Michael ever touched you? Have you ever seen him naked in bed?" The answer to all the questions was no. The boy repeatedly denied that anything bad had happened. On July 11, after Jackson had declined to meet with Chandler, the boy's father and Rothman went ahead with another part of the plan -- they needed to get custody of the boy. Chandler asked his ex-wife to let the youth stay with him for a "one-week visitation period." As Bert Fields later said in an affidavit to the court, June Chandler Schwartz allowed the boy to go based on Rothman's assurance to Fields that her son would come back to her after the specified time, never guessing that Rothman's word would be worthless and that Chandler would not return their son.

...

Before Chandler took control of his son, the only one making allegations against Jackson was Chandler himself -- the boy had never accused the singer of any wrongdoing. That changed one day in Chandler's Beverly Hills dental office.

In the presence of Chandler and Mark Torbiner, a dental anesthesiologist, the boy was administered the controversial drug sodium Amytal -- which some mistakenly believe is a truth serum. And it was after this session that the boy first made his charges against Jackson. A newsman at KCBS-TV, in L.A., reported on May 3 of this year that Chandler had used the drug on his son, but the dentist claimed he did so only to pull his son's tooth and that while under the drug's influence, the boy came out with allegations. Asked for this article about his use of the drug on the boy, Torbiner replied: "If I used it, it was for dental purposes."

Given the facts about sodium Amytal and a recent landmark case that involved the drug, the boy's allegations, say several medical experts, must be viewed as unreliable, if not highly questionable.

The Michael Jackson Allegation was (and is again now) always a top news.

The article "Was Michael Jackson Framed? The Untold Story" was published in GQ magazine. GQ magazine is quite popular in this part of the world, although not cheap.

Reports said the boy you saw in Martin Bashir's Living with Michael Jackson accused Michael Jackson.
And who is Martin Bashir? This journalist was unknown to the world, until the interview with The late Diana, Princess of Wales. Let's not forget that interview led the divorce of Princess Diana and Prince Charles. (They divorced few days after the interview.)

Michael Jackson is to accuse boy's mother.
...

Gavin, who had leukaemia and met Jackson about 18 months ago as a "last wish" granted to terminally ill children, appeared in the controversial documentary by British journalist Martin Bashir aired earlier this year. In it, Gavin said he had slept in Jackson's bedroom but that Jackson slept on the floor. He spoke glowingly of Jackson.

Gavin's mother, Janet, a 34-year-old who has had difficulties making ends meet for her three children in a run-down section of Los Angeles, has also been publicly supportive of Jackson, calling him "the father Gavin never had".

"He is a saint to all my children," she has said.

Jackson's lawyers will contend that Ms Arvizo, who had been living at Jackson's Neverland ranch with Gavin and his two elder siblings and had received money and gifts, including a car, from the entertainer, pressured her son to assert Jackson had had improper relations with him only after she learned that Jackson would be cutting her off financially.

And the boy's father is planning to gain the custody? or perhaps money?

Meanwhile, Gavin's father David Arvizo is planning to take his estranged wife to court to reclaim custody of Gavin, alleging she was an unfit mother and "crazy" to allow the boy to sleep with Jackson.

However, court documents show Mr Arvizo, who was arrested and charged with beating his wife, was also charged with nine counts of cruelty against his children.

Legal analysts said if he managed to be granted custody, he could receive a payout as part of any civil case brought against Jackson.

Chandler's estranged parents were paid $US1 million to $US2 million each under their son's settlement, according to news reports.

It's all about money.

An Australian entertainer has come to the defense of Michael Jackson, telling an Australian newspaper that he shared a bed with the U.S. pop star when he was a boy but nothing "strange" happened.

I'll wait for the trial by jury which is usually (but not always) fair. The police detectives who have investigated Jacko in the past and the ones investigating him now think that they have a good case. Most or all of them will not get rich off this case.

Michael Jackson

Postby Antony » Thu 27 Nov, 2003 3:25 am

Michael Jackson would fight back ferociously against opportunists trying to use him as a "lottery ticket" after his arrest for child molestation, his lawyer vowed yesterday.

Michael Jackson Wins Court Order on Illegal Videotape (MJNews.us)

"Michael Jackson is not going to be abused. Michael Jackson is not going to be slammed – he is not going to be a pinata for every person who has financial motives," Mr Geragos said.
"If anybody doesn't think that the true motivation of these charges and allegations is anything but money, then they are living in their own Neverland."

Meanwhile, Gavin's father's divorce lawyer Russell Halpern, has spoken against the lawsuit.

He said Gavin's mother Janet had a "Svengali-like" ability to make her children repeat her lies.

It was also claimed yesterday Gavin and his mother recorded statements in February praising Jackson and saying he had "never acted inappropriately".

He hasn't be charged with anything yet, so perhaps there won't be a trial.
However, I too, will wait as: Innocent until proven otherwise.
I don't think there is that much money left, he evidently tried to sell Neverland last year for 6.5 million and didn't have any offers.

Seems the victims parents sued J.C. Penny a few years ago and ended up with a settlement of $137,000.00
According to MJ's lawyer, if he brings that hammer down hard, perhaps we might see more trials than we expected before this hullaballoo is over :)

What makes you so sure he is innocent? The man invites kids into his bedroom to sleep overnight in his bed. Surely you can see something strange about that. What are the chances of two children coming forward on seperate occasions with the same charge? Why would MJ give the first child (who is now in university... probably a nice one) a reported $25 million USD out of court to refuse to testify?

No one's judging his music here. But he should know his personal conduct is going to get him in trouble. I will wait for the facts, but I have serious doubts about his story this time around.

What's wrong with sleep in someone's bed? I slept in my friend's bed and my friends slept in my bed. Nothing "sexual" happened.
They just have some good time (non-sexual) together.

Why Michael Jackson' paid such amount, the answer is in that Was Michael Jackson Framed story.

In short, people (parents) are after money.

Michael Jackson has always done nothing but to make peace. He has helped to change the world... He's always about making a positive difference in the world. The whole concept of Michael Jackson doing such things are absolutely apocryphal! Completely untrue. The only reason he's in custody for these ridiculous allegations, is because there are some very greedy people in this world. Apparently the mother of the son, has blamed her own husband of child molestation. From here, I believe we will all see a dramatic downfall of this case until it finally shows a result of innocence... complete innocence on Michael Jackson's part. Maybe by that point, people will leave Michael Jackson alone, and stop accusing him in every chance they can get. Antony is making a very impertinent statement. Michael Jackson is just like you and me, only with good intentions. Some people just can't see that. God bless you Antony. Michael Jackson is INNOCENT!

From Jackson secret memo hope (News.com.au 10/12/2003)

The memo was dated November 26, 2003 - a week after the Santa Barbara County district attorney announced child molestation allegations against the singer.

Both the boy and his brother told investigators Jackson had not sexually abused them, according to the memo. Their older sister said she had never witnessed anything sexually inappropriate between her brothers and the entertainer.

also from Jacko abuse 'unfounded': memo and Report backs Jackson (Sydney Morning Herald 10/12/2003)

"As per the sexual abuse allegations, the mother stated that her children are never left alone with the entertainer," the memo said.

"She further stated that her son has slept in the same room as the entertainer but they did not share a bed. The entertainer would sleep on the floor."

The boy and his brother denied any abuse to investigators and "both children expressed a fondness for the entertainer and stated they enjoyed visiting his home, where they would often ride in the park, play video games and watch movies".

Their sister, who was 16 at the time of the investigation, told investigators "she had never seen anything sexually inappropriate between her brothers and the entertainer".
