I would have thought the second question would prevail as well.

Looks like something at the end of a boxing match, a split decision.

He is innocent until proven guilty, but I don't think the video he made that the prosecutor introduced on the first day, will help his case.

a US television network said it had details of a police interview with talk show host Jay Leno.

On Tuesday, the teenager denied ever speaking to Leno, but said he once called the comedian from a hospital and left a message on an answering machine.

MJ is an entertainer. He probably needed to spend time in the music studios making CD's or whatever he was doing. Perhaps entertaining in Neverland.

It is his prerogative to do as he pleases, to pay or not pay the people that are defaming and slandering him. Evidently, money sufficed in this case, hmmmmmnn, money cures all, I suppose in some cases.

Even if he gets convicted, he will get community service. What is he going to sing to kids in hospitals, even though he was convicted of child molestation? It would be really funny to see him painting the yellow and red stripes on side walks. Who knows maybe he is innocent, but I really dont care.

It seems that when someone becomes famous that people and the media think it's ok to say the most horrible things about other human beings. Michael must feel so alone and hated right now and no one has any idea of the verdict yet. I think Michael was judged a long time ago and that his daily life would be a prison. He gave so much through his music and now it seems he has nothing in the world apart from a global jury that has no idea who Michael is as a person, what he feels. I would never want to be rich and famous if that gives everyone the right to use my name as a joke as if I wasn't even human, as if nothing affected me. I feel for Michael, I wish he was reading this now cause I would tell him, If I could take some of his pain and some of the weight off his shoulders for just one minute, I would !! Michael I hope that GOD is watching over you, I know he is and he has pulled me though the most difficult, impossible trials of my life and you will come through it too. Please be strong. There are alot of people that would do anything to make things better for you and bring back some real happiness to your life.
