I would have thought the second question would prevail as well.

Looks like something at the end of a boxing match, a split decision.

He is innocent until proven guilty, but I don't think the video he made that the prosecutor introduced on the first day, will help his case.

Exactly, what is *your* government?

sorry I meant governmeant class

Government and Government Class are totally different. Please check your sentences, and not to confuse people.
Also, what are the age group of those people in your Government Class?

Those greedy parents now taught their kids to lie.

According to New York Times,

...
A day after telling jurors that he had twice seen Mr. Jackson masturbate while groping his brother, the boy, 14, admitted to the defense lawyer, Thomas A. Mesereau Jr., that he had given conflicting accounts in previous statements to a psychologist, investigators and a grand jury.

...
Boy had given three versions of what he saw on the two occasions he claimed to have seen Mr. Jackson groping his brother, a cancer survivor. In one version, Mr. Jackson's hand was outside the boy's clothes; in another, it was inside; and in a third, Mr. Jackson was "rubbing his penis against" the boy's buttocks.

More lies? Their greedy parents are not so smart on making false evidences.

While the younger brother said on Monday that Mr. Jackson had shown him, his brother and another boy a pornographic magazine called Barely Legal, Mr. Mesereau said that issue of the magazine was published in August 2003, several months after the boys had left Mr. Jackson's ranch for the last time.

Lying under oath? That's a very serious offence in most law systems.

More evidence about the greedy parents.

BBC wrote:a US television network said it had details of a police interview with talk show host Jay Leno.

On Tuesday, the teenager denied ever speaking to Leno, but said he once called the comedian from a hospital and left a message on an answering machine.

In the police tape, Mr Leno apparently says he was telephoned by Gavin and that, during the conversation, he could hear the boy's mother seeming to coach him on what to say.

An interesting report from ABC News, Jackson's Adult Magazines Singal Strategy.

The boys (of greedy parents) found adult-magazines on their own while poking around Michael Jackson's belongings. And the greedy parents' lawyers are saying Michael showed those boys adult-magazines.

Jackson's lawyer, Thomas Mesereau Jr., might cast it as a desperate ploy to distract from sometimes-contradictory testimony by the accuser, Levenson said. And jurors might question why a battalion of deputies had to scour Jackson's enormous library for books that his accuser might never have seen.

...

The boy and his brother said they saw this type of magazine when they were in Jackson's bedroom. In one case, they said, they found the publications on their own while poking through Jackson's belongings.

Now, the prosecution is having a hard time showing that Jackson and the boy handled the magazine together an important premise of the case.

Not to be rude but if you look at MJ's world-wide fans most of them like him more than the people in the US do, why doesn't he move out of the country if the lawyers are lieing so much.

Piranarew,
I think you need to learn more about how the law system and entire implication of news (includes gossip) on individual and people's opinion.

In short, the human society is not that simple.

Well in short, I think that you like MJ and are defending him for something that you dont know the interworkings of. Secondly, MJ got off in the early '90's because he paid the parents off. There are several documents that state that an unspecified sum of money was paid to the parents so they would not say anything. If the parents were after money they would drop the case as soon as money was offered (which is has been twice).

What interworkings?

I would like to suggest you to read [sdp=21351]this again[/sdp].

Michael Jackson is not a fool, not willing to feed greedy parents for the second time.

Perhaps if you had the millions of dollars that MJ had when he paid off the last time, you would do the same.

Just imagine all the days spent in court?
MJ is an entertainer. He probably needed to spend time in the music studios making CD's or whatever he was doing. Perhaps entertaining in Neverland.

It is his prerogative to do as he pleases, to pay or not pay the people that are defaming and slandering him. Evidently, money sufficed in this case, hmmmmmnn, money cures all, I suppose in some cases.

Kinda makes you wonder about all the Con artists, in this wonderful world, doesn't it?

Even if he gets convicted, he will get community service. What is he going to sing to kids in hospitals, even though he was convicted of child molestation? It would be really funny to see him painting the yellow and red stripes on side walks. Who knows maybe he is innocent, but I really dont care.

We are all human and it hurts when people treat us badly...

Postby keystosuccess » Tue 05 Apr, 2005 6:34 am

It seems that when someone becomes famous that people and the media think it's ok to say the most horrible things about other human beings. Michael must feel so alone and hated right now and no one has any idea of the verdict yet. I think Michael was judged a long time ago and that his daily life would be a prison. He gave so much through his music and now it seems he has nothing in the world apart from a global jury that has no idea who Michael is as a person, what he feels. I would never want to be rich and famous if that gives everyone the right to use my name as a joke as if I wasn't even human, as if nothing affected me. I feel for Michael, I wish he was reading this now cause I would tell him, If I could take some of his pain and some of the weight off his shoulders for just one minute, I would !! Michael I hope that GOD is watching over you, I know he is and he has pulled me though the most difficult, impossible trials of my life and you will come through it too. Please be strong. There are alot of people that would do anything to make things better for you and bring back some real happiness to your life.
