Microsoft Express to Microsoft Express

I have a PC that has my address and Calander in Microsoft Express.
I just got a new Laptop and have loaded Microsoft Office ( With Express ) ONTO THE LAPTOP.
Can I transfer my contacts and calander to the laptop from my PC.

Anyone reading this, I meant to Say Microsoft Outlook Not Express.
Its Microsoft out look I would like to transfer.
