I had said that I thought that it was an iTunes problem, because I have been downloading music from other sites with no issue.
The latest is a good one, which I, never, experienced before. My wife wanted an album of The Clash. It was reduced in price (London Calling), so I downloaded it, along with another two songs from another album. The Album cover was beautiful, unlike the issues shown before. I burned the songs on a CD, and started playing it to surprise my wife. The first song was ok, but the second was interrupted after 40", then totally blank. I checked other songs, assuming that if they were ok after one minute, they might be ok. Ten of the 21 songs "died" after 30-40". I tried to connect to iTunes support, and was told that the URL was not available. When I clicked on having problems when I got the receipt, I got more tabs that I could handle for the "itmss" . I had to do a hard shutdown, because whatever this file was, took over Seamonkey. I could close tabs fast enough.
I was able to get, eventually to an Apple website for tech support, but I got nowhere. All I could see where FAQs.
Maybe I could contact users, but nothing from Apple. I tried to redownload, at least, one song, but it would not let me. I was told that everything was downloaded. Is there any way to contact Apple?
I will try to use IE or Chrome, to see if the "itmss" mess them up.
