Moving HTML to new server

Please be patient with me....I'm not that experienced with HTML. I know a bit more than "the basics". We are working on an instructional CD that will be viewed using a browser. Any browser. I need to get all the coding on my server. So, I can "view page source" and copy it? She's set it up so that the code doesn't link directly to her server...I'm not sure what that's called???? So what's the best way for me to go about doing this?
