That's good to know; hopefully they'll fix the Win 98 crashing issues before the final release. For now, I'm happily on 1.5.0.4 with no issues.

Geffr,
I bet that your problems would have benn minimized, if not there at all, because, you, evidently, used the same profile of 1.5.0.4. Not a good idea to use a profile of a program which you are likely to use again. As usual, each builds writes its own thing in the prefs.js file, and everything gets confusing. I am using a profile called Firefox1.0.x, evidently created for a Firefox 1.0.7 or earlier. I edited the prefs.js file to the point that it almost looked native, and have had no problem with it. I am also using the Nightly Tester Tools extention to make all extentions, or better add-ons, compatible.
I am not interested in Themes, but my six add-ons work fine.
By the way, I have 1.0.8 and 1.5.0.4 installed, and 2.0b1 and 3.0a1 as unzipped files, all in their own place, and each one with its own profile, and minding their own business.
Just be prepared for 1.5.0.5, due out on 7-25.

Hi Fulvio - How do you force each install to use a seperate profile?

I do not install, but rather use the .zip file, so that's easy. I delete the old one, and send the shortcut of a new one to the desktop.
I assume that you know how to do install different versions in different folder. Now for the profile issue, I am sending you to a link in Ramona's Netscape Solutions. This has worked with all types of programs which use profiles. It is Profile Manager by-pass.
