Mozilla to End Support of Firefox for OS X Leopard

Mozilla will drop support for Apple's OS X 10.5, or Leopard, after it ships Firefox 16 in October, according to company developers.

I guess you know what I am saying.

There's no secret that Mozilla has a strong unfair tendency against Apple users.

Mozilla only recently decided to end the support for Windows 2000 which was 12-years-old technology. Their treatment towards Mac users is noticeably unfair. Mozilla dropped Mac OS X Tiger 10.4 support (which was released only in April 2005). And now, dropping Mac OS X Leopard 10.5 (released in October 2007)? Whereas for Windows 2000 (released in February 2000) had an unfairly long term support.

After all, it is well known that most open-source extremists dislike Apple.

Could that have anything to do with the fact that Apple themselves don't support their OS releases for as long as Microsoft does? It probably has plenty to with Apple's faster release cadence.

Windows XP, even after nearly 11 years, is still supported by Microsoft and is still widely used.
