Netscape 4.7 duplicating emails

When I recieve emails they come duplicated. This does not always happen but at some point through out the day it happens. Is there a solution to my problem?

You may have corrupted header files. Close Netscape . Find you user profile. It should be in c:/program file/netscape/ next to Communicator. Open that file, and delete the file called Inbox.snm. No other file. Close Explorer. Open Netscape, and you should be ok, at least for a while. I used to happen to me a lot in NS6.x. My record was 15 copies.
