Hi,

I am running Messenger 4.7 on XP. I have had no problem with it for the past 6 months. However, since yesterday, all my new emails are shown as one particular old email. I tried deleting the old email and recreated the SNM file but the message keeps coming back. Hence, I can't read any of my new emails. They are labeled as new but the preview pane shows them as the same old email - opening the messages also shows it as the old email. Anybody has had such problems before? Thanks in advance

Did you delete the Inbox.snm file with Netscape closed? If you did not, everything you did is for nought.

Hi,
Try to cerate a new profile.
That worked for me before when I had that problem.
