I see that you are posting with v.4.73. It must be from another computer.
Do you see the profile manager, i.e. where you select the profiles?
I am using 4.8, and my profile manager comes up ok. If you can select a profile, and you have a problem after that point, you may have profile problem. Something like this happened to me nearly five years ago, when the ISP was supporting Netscape, and the recommendation was to create a New profile. There a "default" profile, and I had to create five to get things settled. I have no idea what caused the problem. If you don't see the profile manager, we will see.
And, of course, you may want to tell if this was the first time you used Netscape, or was this an update.
