1) Is there any way to insert italics in outgoing e-mails?
2) Is there any way to make my replies automatically copy EVERY incoming message I receive rather than just some? (I've been told this is an HTML issue.) At the moment, the message I'm responding to is automatically included in my reply only if it came through in my default font. If its appearance was different from my default font, it doesn't automatically copy onto the reply. I can of course use Control A, Copy, and Paste, but that's a nuisance.
