Netscape 4.8 doesn't open any pages

Fulvio, thanks for your tips. I delete everything related to Netscape in my computer, installed it again and created a new profile, but 4.8 simply doesn't open any pages when I'm connected. When I'm offline it works normally.
Should I have to surf with this terrible IE.6? Someone help me, please!

I am pleading ignorance. Where did I give you tips? I do not understand dialup, if you have it. How are you connecting? And, what's wrong with the higher Netscapes?
