Netscape 4.80 How do you change the port number

I need to change my port number I was able to do it in Outlook Express, but can't
even find where the port number is in Netscape 4.8 to change it :(

If anyone can help me, can you give me "baby-step" type
directions as I am in my 60's and sometimes get lost trying to follow directions.
