netscape 7.01?

Postby ianmckellen » Mon 06 Jan, 2003 1:29 pm

Helo,
I have netscape 7.0 and it works perfectly. I downloaded skypilot 2 skin and it looks gorgeous. How does Netscape 7.01 is different from 7.0? Does the skin browser looks better? Is that the same thing as 7.0 or does it have more features. Now, I want to kep Netscape 7.0 and add 7.01 how do I do so? Having two browsers of Netscape will it not have a comflict on computer(like which browser machine will open)?
Thanks :?:

Netscape 7.01 offers some enhancements and bugfixes over the 7.0 version,
but the most signifigant improvement has to the new Popup Window Controls.

If you decide to upgrade to Netscape 7.01, use it to replace NS7.0 instead of
having both versions installed on your system. Although, I would personally
recommend not downloading the full 30+MB official package from Netscape,
when there are 3 smaller customised DJGM-i Distros of Netscape 7.01
that you can choose from, over at the Club Netscape website . . .

SeaMonkey = Swiss Army Knife: It's versatile, reliable, and contains useful tools.
Windows Internet Explorer = Old Swiss Cheese: Full of holes, and it stinks!

Al,

That URL is incorrect. It should be: http://sillydog.org/narchive/sd/701.html
