Maybe it is now time to switch Firefox 1.0 and let it to convert NS7's settings to Firefox. And then wait for a new Netscape release. And after that copy bookmarks etc. manually to Netscape 7.x .

The bookmarks.html file is fully interchangeable, between Netscape, Mozilla and Firefox.
