I have used the instructions I found on this website to import Netscape 7 mail to Outlook. I'm pretty sure I follow, but when I get all the way to where I can see the folders that are being imported, only a few of the many folders show up. These show up as .sbd files, while the rest, I can see them as .snm files but don't appear as folders-even though I know they should be.

Why is this happenning? Please help...

Could you tell us which directions you're using to import your mail to Outlook? I've seen a few methods, and might be able to walk you through one that worked successfully for me.

Would one of the mods in this forum move this to the Netscape 7 forum?

Is this the Solution you followed: Importing Netscape Mail to Outlook Express/Outlook.

Have you used SeaMonkey or Firefox and Thunderbird? They are definitely superior to either of the MS Mail Clients, and much more secure...

In any event something was done incorrectly, as .snm files are the header files for NS4.x, and not 7.x. Please, read Ramona's instructions. (The .sbd folders are subfolders, but if they contain .snm files, they come from wrong profile location).
