I'm trying to determine the earliest version of Netscape that supports css1 and css2. Would anyone happen to have the answer.

Partial CSS1 was first implemented by Netscape in Communicator 4.0, and partial CSS2 was first implemented as Netscape 6.0. I don't know when the full versions of either spec were first distributed in a Netscape browser.
