Yes, so there will be a proper section for OS related posts.

New subforum for other OS?

Postby Antony » Wed 09 Jul, 2003 1:12 am

Do you think we shall have a new subforum for other operating systems such as Mac and Linux? Or do you think we had enough sub-forums already.

This poll will be run for 10 days.

If you have comments or any ideas, please post them here.

If we decide to add a new sub-forum, it is most likely a combined MacOS and Linux, but who knows. And probably a slight re-design of SillyDog701 Message Centre layout.

I was not able to vote in time, but I would definitely enjoy a OS subforum. I am personally less than a year new to Linux and have very much to learn as I am learning as I go and through forums. I visit a lot of forums and I personally believe that this forum is one of the nicer forums that I have visited. You can ask a question or make a statement without starting a flame war. I am glad to see it listed Mac and Linux. Planning on spending some time here. I will enjoy reading the mac tips also, I believe the next big purchase will be one.
