I've a doubt: has Mac book Air cd-rom reader?

Yes, you can get the external MacBook Air SuperDrive (reads and burns CD, DVD, Slot-loading 8x SuperDrive (DVDÂ±R DL/DVDÂ±RW/CD-RW))
Or better yet. Just use the optical drive of another computer (PC or Mac) near you. Remote Disc is built-in.
