It is a bugzilla system. just view source at https://bugs.opera.com/query.cgi With M$IE dropping even further out of the browser wars and with opera using mozilla products it seems like the lizards will rule the future. :D

Bugzilla is NOT Mozilla.

Mozilla just uses bugzilla to report problems.

Bugzilla is bug-tracking software, and is available to anyone who wishes to use it. An organization does not have to be involved with a Mozilla-based/related project in order to use it.
