I am looking to relpace my aging Opera 7.03 that I have installed on my system with a newer version. I see there are three different version out, Opera 7.54u1, Opera 7.60 Preview 4, and Opera 8.00 Beta 1. Which one should I choose? Is one version more stable than the others, any new featues in the later versions?

Opera 7.54 is currently the latest final release of Opera, which would mean that it is slightly less crashy/buggy than 7.6. Opera 7.6 PR has new added features, and is a bit more crashy than 7.54. If I'm not mistaken, Opera 8 Beta 1 is a planning milestone.

The current stable version is 7.54U1.

7.60 and 8.00 are preview/beta releases.

Thank you both for the advice. I have decided on Opera 7.54u1. I may try the other builds out later, but 7.54 seems to be pretty good.
