Once you remove/delete a Mail password, then exit Netscape, when you restart and access the Mail, this is the window you should see:
If everything is grayed out, and your passwords aren't working, then try this:
Exit Netscape
Open Windows Explorer
Navigate to your *.slt folder, and located the password file xxxxxxxx.s
It will be random characters plus the "s" extension
Remove the file to a backup location
Now start Netscape, and you
should be asked for new passwords in Mail, and any site requiring a password.
Netscape will then create a new password file as you add passwords.
If the above doesn't work, then create a new Profile. Create your Mail Account, ensuring that you place the tick beside "Use Password Manager to....." when asked for your Mail Password
