Has the Penelope project been abandoned?

I had a look at the Penelope project's roadmap and their releases page. Judging by the spacing of the past few releases, we aren't due for a new one for another month or two.

Penelope is an extension to Mozilla Thunderbird that they're creating along with the guys from Qualcomm, which aims to port most of Eudora over to the Thunderbird platform.
