I was in the process of upgrading the OS from 9.1 to 9.2.1 when the laptop turned off. It must have been about three minutes into the upgrade when the computer turned off. I was certain that the computer had enough battery, it was full. Then after it turned off I plugged it in and turned it on and it didn't boot up. I got a flashing system folder with a question mark. Please can someone tell me what I could do. Thank You.
