Save your address book as an .ldif file.

In Commmunicator:

Click on the Communicator tab, and select Address Book
From Address Book's File menu, select Export
Choose the type of file you want to create, such as .ldif, or csv, and save the file to your HD.

Print!

I had to do it the hard way, since I never collected or saved addresses in my 4.78. 7.01 has a nice feature in being able to print the address book, but export it in the .ldif format to a safe location, and, then imported into 4.78. But you are already there, so all you need to do is to select File/Export to a location of your choice. My documents is fine. Give it a name, followed by. ldif, so the address book will be 4.ldif ( I actually wrote down 4.78addressbook.ldif). Then, go to Windows Windows Explorer, find your file and right click on it, select Open with Notepad. You will get all sort of useless information, but you will be able to print it, as usual File/Print.
This is one case where 7.01 is superior to 4.7x. In every case, a lot of paper is used.

Printing address book.

The easiest way (in my opinion) is as follows:

Open address book, go to "export address book" export as "addbook.csv" or "addbook. tab".

Open a spreadsheet program (lotus, excel. MSworks etc).

Open "addbook.csv" or "addbook.tab" per proceedure of your spreadsheet.

You can now manipulate the opened file as you would any spreadsheet file. Edit file as you see fit. Select the output format and print as you would any spread sheet.

Hope this helps.
