Problems uninstalling Firefox and Shiretoko

Okay, so I logged on to my laptop a few minutes ago, only to find that Firefox and or Shiretoko will not open.
On top of that, they will not uninstall.
As always, any help welcome.

Fixed it by doing a system restore.
