SillyDog701 is really being hit by spammers recently. Can't anything be done to kill off these intrusions more effectively? What about tightening up the request for membership? What about banning by domain once a spammer is discovered?

James-

I hope that you noticed that they disappeared as fast as they came.

Sorry for the spam issues. I have been keeping an eye on those.

Rest assured, I am working on it (although not fast). The Registration has been changed a few times during the last few days, and I am still working on a solution for this.

One of those unbearable things these days... lost internet connection or having extremely slow internet connection.

During the last few days, Telstra Bigpond's international connections had some problem... (slow or not working), and according to local forum (Whirlpool), I am not the only one having problem.

Just spent about 5 minutes killing one cockroach. (Sydney is not a beautiful place, no beautiful snow.)

So was the roach a Mac User, a Linux User, or a Windows User?

Got my ears pierced for a second time today. Had to lay down on the floor to keep myself from passing out. Totally worth it though.

Is that "Berkley" or Berkeley as in UC Berkerley, Lawrence Berkeley Labs, Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing?

I always drink coffee with sugar, and I have been using sugar sticks (sachets) instead of getting sugar from sugar bowl/jar for the last 3 years. (Okay, I know it sugar sticks cost slightly more than regular sugar, but that's another story.)

This morning, after making my Nespresso coffee, I grabbed two sugar sticks. As usual, I tore off the paper, instead of pouring sugar into my coffee, I poured sugar into the small table top rubbish bin. I must be still half asleep while making coffee.
