How does one become a Moderator. Do you have to have personal reference with Atony?

You don't need to know Antony in person. I had been chatting with him online for two years or so prior to becoming a moderator.

1. Why do you want to be granted Moderator rights?
2. What do you want to be able to do as a Moderator that you cannot now do?
3. What are your qualifications - education and/or special capabilities and/or experience - that you think qualify you to become a Moderator?
