Now please tell everyone what email address you sent the activation code to. Fancy that, I got the email and registered.
Re: What tirades?
Didn't you post that you were banned? I can look it up for you if you like.
You're evading the issue once again.

I sent it to the email address supplied by you Mr Garcia.

And Mr Jay Garcia is denying that Mr Garcia banned me before?
Again, welcome on board, Mr Garcia.

Well, since you refuse to post the email address, it is:

Ok, enough of this, you can remain with your dilusions, I'm gone never to return.
And to leave you with an interesting thought ..

Ok, against my better judgement, one more post.
I very seldom, if ever, fill out feedback or forms such as that one with my correct personal information in order to avoid "snoops", etc.
Correct info:
Gender: Female
Occupation: Doctor
Age: 51 - same as Jay's brother Steve - we graduated from Tulane together
Country: Yugoslavia
How_come: Jay
site_URL: Don't Have One
Platform: XP-Pro - same thing basically
Browser:: Firefox
SD701_Rank: it's ok.
Like: archives
Dislike: non-technical chit chat
Real Name: Deanne - like DeeAnne
Ok, that's it, believe what you want.
Oh, and by the way, I sure wish that Antony would stop blocking out part of email address. It IS "valid".

I have to admit to being totally lost here. I don't understand what the argument is about and I don't understand why it is necessary to prove or disprove anything. Look... folks... aren't we all in these forums for essentially two purposes: to ask for help and to assist others as best we can? Beyond that basic "reason for being" it seems to me that this entire episode is sad. Can't we just let it drop and move forward? You know... sort of like the old Coca Cola commercials... holding hands and singing, "I'd like to teach the world to sing, in perrrrfect harmony!"??
Anyway... back to lurking. Best wishes to ALL.

...anybody check out http://www.sillydog701.org(this domain has been cybersquatted by UFAQ.org!) lately?
Anyway, now we've got a conflict between Quebec, Canada and Yugoslavia... I'd like to express my extreme confusedness (is this a word?) right now.
Meanwhile...
SillyDog701 is missing from sillydog.us, and UFAQ.net now shows an interestingly similar page, only with UFAQ, and eventually redirecting to UFAQ.org.
...and with some recently acquired information, I call Google to the stand:
Nothing -- not even a graduate record, assuming that your full name is Doctor Deanne Dean?
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050511 Donzilla/0.7PR2 (WML/1.3; WML/1.2; WML/1.1; WML/1.0)

Ok, can't resist replying to this sillyness.
Re: Nothing -- not even a graduate record, assuming that your full name is Doctor Deanne Dean?
Now you know why I don't care to post sensitive information to ward off and confuse the "snoops", 'eh?
1. DrDean is just a derivation of "Deanne", no last name inferred or given. You know, like DrDean = Dr Deanne ? Seems nobody thought of that one.
2. Quebec is where I live now, not where I was born. And I've already explained why my IP is "New Orleans". And besides, does it really matter?
Now, let me interject a little bit here on Jay's behalf if you don't mind and have an open mind.
Sillydog701.org now redirects to Antony's site and it's a straight redirect if that term is correct, no text. And what else is interesting is that the very same disclaimer message that Antony deemed insulting is now on ufaq.net. This I don't understand either.
Also, mention is made to "Cybersquatting", whatever that is. I guess the term relates to a person registering a domain with the name that somebody else already has? In that case, Antony is also "Cybersquatting" ufaq, Jay had it before Antony. See www.sillydog.net. Is the owner of that site "Cybersquatting" as well? Why hasn't Antony contacted that owner?
If you're going to play by the rules then do so.
And sir, you are not going to "find" any records pertaining to my tenure at Tulane University as those tracks have been taken care of long ago. I find it offensive that you're using even the wrong information in the first place. You'll never find out, so don't even try. Deanne might be a nick-name or even a middle name, you don't know.

I am sorry that you are confused.
This whole issue started from UFAQ.org cybersquatted SillyDog701 then a detailed discussion . Mr Jay Garcia, also known as DrDean, Daffy Duck and recently a new identity "Deanne", has been using a fictional identity to post nothing but to pursade me to take Mr. Jay Garcia's sanctimonious offer. Until I reveal Mr Jay Garcia's identity and welcomed him.
According to Mr Jay Garcia (and DrDean), UFAQ.org is strict "business".
SillyDog701 will back to its regular "business" shortly. Due to this cybersquatting issue, which we are resolving it, SillyDog701's correct URL is http://sillydog.org/
I am sure the issue will be concluded shortly.

Thanks for the explanation, Antony. You know I've always supported you and Silly Dog. While I don't really understand a lot of issues involved in this dispute, I'm a Silly Dog loyal member. I'll just back out of this discussion since I've nothing of substance to contribute.

It took me some time to catch up to this as I am a newer Silly Dog member. As anyone who's read some of my posts on piracy. I have very strong feelings on copyright infringement and in general the stealing of property, intellectual, cyber, or otherwise. It seems to me that upon registering UFAQ.net and seeing a conflict Anthony rectified his mistake by immediately using it as a direct link to UFAQ.org. There's not much more you can ask for as a way to make amends.
Anthony has every right to be upset at first being banned from UFAQ.org. Then having it's web-master Dr. De umm Jay Garcia register three domain names under the same name as Anthony's site. Including, in one, the numbers 701 which is as blatant as it gets. Then demanding an apology in order to correct the situation. Not to mention giving a 24 hour ultimatum. Why not just immediately correct the situation as Anthony did and then resolve other things after the fact.
Anthony has every right to be upset as he was not treated with the same courtesy he extended. So for Dr um Jay Garcia to be upset about Anthony posting his case on HIS website in order to keep folks informed that anything done with those three domain names is not of his doing is naive.
I joined SillyDog April 21st. I had visited quite a few times prior. It was an invaluable resource to me when resolving issues on a PC I owned. It was an invaluable resource when shopping for a new Workstation. If ever I'd searched for Silly Dog and been sent somewhere I didn't want to be. i.e a casino site or a porn site. It certainly would reflect poorly on Anthony. He has every right to make this issue known as Dr. umm Jay Garcia did not rectify the situation as gracefully or quickly as Anthony did.
Anthony has been a great deal of help to me in the short time I've been a member. He has always been kind and eloquent. I believe (much like he does) you can tell quite a bit about a person from the way they write and type. I believe him to be a stand up guy. This Dr. Dean is all over the place. I can't figure him/ her/ he/ she/ it/ thing out. First an observer quite neutral then a friend of the other concerned party clearly on their side. Then a man, then a woman. Not very credible if you ask me. By the way, upon further research. I can't find reference to a single doctor in the field of psychology or pathology that went to Tulane anywhere in Canada, male or female above the age of 45.
So Welcome Jay Garcia to SillyDog.org. True freedom of speech where everyone is welcome. Even him/ her/ he/ she/ it things.
Anthony I'm behind you. you have every right to be upset.

Well, I think I've found our person...
There is someone by the name of Dr. Deanne Breitman apparently living somewhere in Canada. Oddly enough, the story seems to work out fine, as her position is in psychology. I haven't found much else besides that she was speaking recently at the University of Alberta. But, this narrows it down to either the truth or a very elaborate case of identity theft...
