22 Feb, 2006 4:31 pm Can anyone please elude me about the color of this person? |

Please look at this picture.
Now, please look at it again. Now, what color does this person seem to you? The reason I'm asking is that he keeps saying on AIM that he's black, that he was born black, that he's "old and black", blah blah black, blah blah black, and the last thing that he looks to me is black. From what I understand, he says that to a lot of people. So I want to gather enough people to prove that he's not black. So, please reply in this thread and say the color that it seems to you that this person has.

RGB values closer to 255 mean white, closer to 0 means black.
Photoshop does not lie.

Thanks for verifying colour, but shouldn't you use following photo instead?

That photo is very dark because the sun is blocking everything else. It's hardly possible to see your face. A more clear picture is needed. If you note, on that picture, even the bridge and trees look black.

It's one of the photographic tricks
It's the most "silhouette" pictures I can produce with my Canon Powershot S50. (I don't have an SLR camera )

In the first picture with Antblog701 in text I would say:
He has black hair, black eyebrows, a bit of black fuzz on his cheeks, chin and above the lip, he also seems to have black eyes along with black circles under his eyes.
The tip of his nose is black and the centre of his ears are also black.
I would say he is black !

Perhaps he is of mixed race. I myself am of mixed race. Black, white, and hispanic, but to look at me you'd see white.
My friend once had a solution to racism. [He was paraphrasing the movie Bulworth and I'm slightly paraphrasing him.] Everyone should keep procreating with everyone until we're all Filipino.
Now, it's not a literal statement obviously. However, maybe by the time my kids are adults that's how things will be. Everyone looking at each other as one race.
So Anthony, here's the important thing. I don't care if you're black or not. But you're human, just like me.

Personally I think this is a very good and powerful way that we can hopefully end this argument that's been going on for the greater part of a year now.

He can, but I didn't demand that he didn't, I politely asked him not to.

I know.
The second photo posted of Antony under the bridge, has more detail to it.
