I'm not sure what happened, but when I try to open a photo or video, I receive a message that says I don't have a program associated with the program. I have tried to follow the directions that follow, but for some reason, I can't view my "Temporary Intertnet Files" within my "Local Settings" folder. I can open Word documents though and when I go to save as, to see where it temporarily saves the file, the "Temp Internet File" folder exist.
