Hi dear 'Scapers - I routinely set up email storage folders for client projects; usually, deleting these folders is no problem. Now I have a folder that doesn't want to leave: no matter how I try to delete it--rightclick, drag-n-drop--nothing works. Does anyone know what is happening here? Or how to delete this stubborn folder?

Are you deleting from Windows Explorer?

Then, try deleting from Windows Explorer, with 7.0.2 closed.
I notice that you are using 7.2. Did you mean 7.0.2?
And, do you know where the profile is located, and the folders are hidden in WinXP? The location is:C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\xxxxx.slt\Mail\mail account

To see hidden files:
1. On the Tools menu in Windows Explorer, click Folder Options
2. Click the View tab
3. Under Hidden files and folders, click Show hidden files and folders
4. Disable "Hide File Extensions for Known Files."
5. Click OK.
