As of yesterday, I'm using Thunderbird. All info from NS mail transferred fine. Now I keep getting this error message when trying to access my 2 different webmail accounts.....Failed to connect to server imap.mail.netcenter.com. I've read the archives but don't see where this problem has been resolved? This really isn't a new problem as it's happened almost daily for months now. But this time I haven't been able to access either inbox for over a day. I've been to the website and read mail there. Any fix for this?
Thanks
Lynn

Many previous Netscape6/7 users assume that because you could set up Netscape Webmail in the mail client part of Netscape, that it should work with other mail clients. Not so. Netscape6/7 are the exception. It is possible to set up Netscape Webmail and other webmails in Thunderbird and other mail clients using a a third party software, called freePOPs . It had worked for me, but I, hardly, use Netscape Webmail.
Webmail means website. It should work there.

Lynn,
as you may have noticed, you must be able to send with a SNTP other than the webmail. I use my ISP SMTP. Direct use of the webmail smtp, usually, fails.
I have set up Yahoo and Lycos webmails, beside two Netscape accounts using freePOPs.
