TheInquirer.net - Dell laptop explodes at Japanese conference

Thankfully, no-one was hurt or killed ... except that Dell laptop!

I read about this yesterday on The Inquirer... That's all the more reason to not buy a Dell computer!

I can't say I've seen a Dell actually explode before, but I have seen an HP set fire to itself. Unfortunately there are no pictures of that; there will be if my HP decides to do it again.

Okay, I will try to stay away from Dell computers.

Meanwhile, we have a related discussion laptop fire danger.

Looks like he had too many gadgets plugged in! Smile
Is photobucket better than picasa?
Was it a laptop? I'm using a Dell PC but was thinking of
buying a Dell Laptop.
