17 Aug, 2006 7:38 am KJC in trouble |

Things have gone from bad to worse, to awful, for KJC, in the space of two days.
Yesterday, profits for the Stretford and Thatcham areas have dropped 43%, the Thatcham branch has had to be closed, and has gone into liquidation, due to debt consolidation. The Stretford sales and profits have dropped because of the depot bieng closed, which was where 95% of our sales and repairs were carried out, including Western Digital hard drive repairs, motherboard repairs, and the shop is closed, so this is a massive hit to the company.
Then, at 3 am this morning, i was notified by Rikku that the Thatcham branch in Oldham had been closed by liquidators, due to debt problems, the guys down there have struggled to pay the rent, on top of lowering sales and profits margins.
Also, yesterday, our major optical drive supplier, BenQ, pulled out of thier contract with us, for fears that we were going bankrupt due to the Stretford depot bieng closed. They had up to £1 million worth of shares in us, which they have invested elsewhere. They had been with us for 4 years, and our partnership was good.
The Stretford branch closure really is worse than we thought, and i?m not sure what we should do. We all thought we?d have a new depot within 2-3 weeks of the old one closing.
Stick with us guys and girls, we really need you right now.
I have a feeling that part of this is because of schuysters like Dr Lobster, he has actually been searching us out, and spammming our forums. This is what tosspots like him cause for people, nothing but trouble.

It's all happened because of one thing....competition. There's a new computer supplier opened near our Thatcham branch 2 months ago, and things declined, and got worse and worse.
It's because of big fakers like Dell that these things happen, they are our main competitor, we do all standard systems, catering for budget, mid range, and high end sections of the market, they do nonstandard systems, and laptops that explode, and they end up winning!
Life is just not fair!

We're not KJ Computers UK, We're KJC Corporation, and have been all along. I've just explained to Dr Moron in a PM that the Drake St branch has been sold this week, to a womens clothes supplier.
The phone numbers don't work because the company is in the process of replacing the central company dialers, i've just not got down to updating them on the website, i manage the kjcomputers.serveftp.net site, but my others are managed by staff in the appropriate branches.
My staff won't confirm anything about us to people who phone up saying "Does Tidus own this company?"
Any security conscious company would do the same!

Now, I am confused with this "KJC Corporation".

Which suggest that KJC Corporation must be registered.
Then, Dr Lobster kindly pointed out this Annual Return from The Companies House, it showed KJC Corporation only had 1 share at £1.
Then, Tidus said

Then, why bother putting someone else's company number (screenshot ) and pretend to be yours?
Now, claims it's not limited.
