Apple released iTunes 7.0.1 today. iTunes 7.0.1 addresses stability and performance issues with Cover Flow, CD importing, iPod syncing, and more.

iTunes 7 was released on 13th September 2006.

This still doesn't fix the iPod syncing problems. Sad
