Apple has released Security Update 2007-002 for Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger" and 10.3 "Panther".

This security update has been assigned as Highly Critical (i.e. 4/5) Secunia advisory Mac OS X Security Update Fixes Multiple Vulnerabilities today.

This may sound odd but this update still shows up even after installing & rebooting. I simply have to check updates again and that update still comes back.

And I don't know if this is related, but OnyX wants me to check the volume's structure everytime I launch it, even though the test passes well.

Yes, permissions are repaired. Anything else I can do to actually update my system the way it should ?
